Mutare wanted a better way to filter and deny calls without risking inaccuracies

Robocalls and spam messages plague enterprises, but some industries rely on automated calls for vital business functions. For example, doctor’s offices frequently receive robocalls from pharmacies and insurance carriers that are frequently (and incorrectly) flagged as spam.

Mutare was able to utilize Nomorobo’s extensive database to initially identify callers as spam or robots, while also integrating their own voice captcha techniques to let through any necessary calls, such as faxes and pharmacies in the healthcare industry.
